MTR Incorporated FAQ

At MTR Incorporated, we work hard to make sure your dumpster rental is simple and straightforward. That’s why we have upfront, flat-rate pricing and flexible delivery and pickup options. We’ll always go above and beyond to meet your needs with our dumpster rentals. Call now if you’re ready to book your rental. If you still have questions, feel free to peruse the FAQ below for answers.

  • How much does renting a dumpster cost?

The prices for your rental will be affected by several factors. This includes the size of the rental and the length of time. However, your price is also impacted by the materials you load into the dumpster. The landfill charges different amounts for different items, and that differential is factored into our pricing. Please call us today and we’ll get you a free estimate within minutes based on your project’s specifications.

  • How full can the dumpster be loaded?

Please make sure your dumpster is not filled above the top rail. To safely haul the dumpster, we must put a tarp on each load. If the dumpster is filled above the top rail, we cannot do this safely.

  • How much space will the dumpster take up and how much space is needed for the delivery truck?

With a 20-yard dumpster, you’ll need a space that is 14 feet by 8 feet with about 25 feet in front of the dumpster to accommodate delivery and pickup.

  • What should I do if I need the dumpster for additional days?

We know that projects can be hard to predict. If your project is delayed by weather or other unforeseen events, we generally provide a few days of leeway on your rental. Otherwise, we’ll charge a small daily fee for each additional day.

  • Can my dumpster be picked up early?

If you’ve filled the dumpster early, just call us. We’d be happy to schedule an early pickup.
